State of Hawaii Online Course w/Textbook
Are you currently licensed in another state and would like to get your Hawaii Real Estate License? This online course prepares out of state agents who are approved to take the state portion of the Hawaii real estate course and exam.
What is the online course like?
You can take the course in a number of ways - If you are "old school" and prefer a low-tech experience, you can read the chapters in the Maui Real Estate School - Hawaii Real Estate Exam Textbook and login to your student account to take the practice quizzes, practice exams. and Final exam. You will get feedback for each question with an explanation provided so that you can learn from your mistakes. It's important to take (and re-take) the quizzes.
If you are more comfortable with online learning / technology - we have a lot of resources for you to match your learning style, assist with memorization, and "jive" with today's busy lifestyle.
The online course has Instructor videos with our Licensed Hawaii Real Estate Instructor providing an overview of the information, text so you can read online or on-the-go, audio of all of the text so you can listen as you walk/drive etc., practice quizzes w/explanations, electronic flashcards and Explainer Videos on specific topics.
A vocab app is also available so that you can learn the vocab and facts for the exam on the go.
You can take the course on your desktop, or your phone with your Phone App making learning convenient and fit in to your busy lifestyle.
