Instructor Everett Kaneshige is author of the Core A / Core B courses for the DCCA and a retired Hawaii real estate attorney, Real Estate Broker and Property Manager.
 
 
In addition to attending the zoom classes, students must complete their quizzes and final exam in their student account (75% required) to pass the course. Retakes are permitted for no additional fee. Students have a two week grace period after the last day of the Zoom Series to complete their course.
 
Students will receive their certificate to take the PSI Hawaii Broker state licensing exam upon successfully completing the course.
 
This course is for Hawaii agents who have 3 or more years experience.
