Certificate Issue 
 
For students who have lost their certificate, have had a name change, or did not go through the required steps upon graduating the course and require a certificate to be issued to them. 
 
Please note: Certificate expiration date will be two years from the course graduation date, and not the date of issue, as required by DCCA regulations.
