The first step is passing the Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson 60hr Prelicensing Course.
Pass the Exam
After you pass the course, you will have the knowledge & the required certificate to take your state licensing exam.
Send in your Application
After you pass your exam, you will find a broker to work with, and send in your licensing application. Processing the app takes 3-4 weeks.
