This course fulfills the educational requirement needed to get your license by the State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Refund Policy: Students may withdraw up to 14 days prior to the start date for a 50% refund. In the case the course cancels, we will refund 100% of the tuition cost to the student 7 days prior to the start date.
