Get started on your new career in real estate on Maui with this accredited course. You can take it in a live classroom format or you can do it on your own schedule online in a home study format. Students can register below.
You will have a live certified Instructor who lectures, answers questions, and moderates a Q & A from students.
Also, an online self-paced version of the course ($450) can be started at anytime and requires a device and online connection.
The self-paced course also includes textbooks & handouts mailed to your address to accompany the course.

Online Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson Course
The Hawaii Real Estate Prelicensing Course is now available at home. Students can start immediately upon registering and just need to have internet access for this course. Students will receive an email upon registering with course materials and also receive all their materials mailed to them (textbooks,etc). Students must pass their Final Exam with a 70% or higher score to receive their completion certificate.
Students will receive their certificate of completion and take their state licensing exam and apply for their license after successfully completing the course to get licensed.
Student support is provided as students go through the licensing process from taking their Final Exam to taking their state licensing exam our students have help along the way.
This class can be taken from anywhere, and is accredited by the State of Hawaii for selling real estate on all the islands - Oahu, Maui County, Big Island, and Kauai.
Students may take their Final Exam on the first Monday of the month for no charge, or schedule a different time or re-take their Final Exam for $75. (Sorry - no refunds.).
Students can move into a live course within a year of their purchase date by registering with the school director and paying the balance of the tuition. FEBRUARY DAY COURSE Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson Course LIVE ON ZOOM
Feb 23 - Mar 13 on Tues/Thu/Sat 9am-2pm using zoom with Live Instructor. An additional 3 hrs should be set aside for additional reading and practice quizzes after each class. Tuition includes an interactive course with live instructor, textbooks mailed to your home, online practice quizzes for each chapter, and your Final Exam - everything you need to successfully pass your exam! The Final Exam is Mar 18th at 9am. It can also be scheduled at a different time if needed ($75). Sorry, no refunds.
MARCH DAY COURSE Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson Course LIVE ON ZOOM
Mar 23-Apr 10 Tues/Thu/Sat 9am-2pm using zoom with Live Instructor. An additional 3 hrs should be set aside for additional reading and practice quizzes after each class. April 12 - May 1 Mon, Wed, Fri 6-9pm and Sat 9am-3:30pm using zoom with Live Instructor. An additional 3 hrs should be set aside for additional reading and practice quizzes after each class. Tuition includes an interactive course with live instructor, textbooks mailed to your home, online practice quizzes for each chapter, and your Final Exam - everything you need to successfully pass your exam! The Final Exam is May 13 at 6pm. It can also be scheduled at a different time if needed ($75). Sorry, no refunds.
